In her role as principal talent partner, Tahanee is responsible for managing key client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent solutions. She works closely with clients to understand their business needs and culture, and develops customized strategies that meet their specific requirements.

With a deep understanding of the data and analytics industry, Tahanee is able to identify and attract top talent, providing valuable insights and advice to her clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition.

Tahanee has a real passion for RPO solutions and has had great success both partnering with businesses to help them scale-up or grow teams/divisions during her recruitment career to date.

She has had exposure to working on Talent as a Service solutions of all shapes and sizes and loves the value that this can bring to a business; this isn’t a “putting bums on seats” approach but rather building long-term relationships with stakeholders within an organization and understanding their company vision in order to grow a successful team consisting of long-serving members of staff.

Tahanee loves to see the benefits which Talent as a Service solution can bring, particularly cost-savings to businesses and reduced time-to-hire figures.

Outside of work, you’ll find Tahanee spends 80% of her time winging mum life to her 2 girls, attempting to be the best baker, cook, hairdresser, and anything else thrown amongst the chaos. Then 20% of her time is spent being “Tahanee” letting her hair down, enjoying good food and drinks with friends, or going to watch Boxing when she can.
