Marketing Value Creation – Data professionals struggle with the art of storytelling about the great work that is being done, which means few stakeholders understand just how much is being accomplished. Without a compelling story about how the money invested in data is bringing realisable value, Business leaders fail to see the Return on Investment.
Looking Back on 2024, what’s the biggest change you’ve seen in D&A this year?
It would be rude to not mention AI. More than ever before, Data and [education on] AI (and other analytics approaches) has a platform that has hit the mainstream.

How do you like to unwind and recharge over the holidays?
Cuddling up on the couch with my 2 beagles and husband watching and roasting made-for-TV christmas movies.
