We’re kicking off the week with 2 brand new searches, both at the same FTSE 100 organisation
After being trusted to lead the searches for 2 key hires!
➡️Role 1: £130-180K with bonus and LTIP
➡️Role 2: £100-135K with bonus and LTIP
This business is one of the most data-driven organisations I know
The appetite to make key decisions based on data is driven from the very top of the organisation with the CEO.
And they’re one of very few organisations who can pinpoint the commercial benefits they realise from D&A.
Given where they’re at on the maturity curve, the strategic decisions has been made to to appoint ‘Heads of Data & Analytics’ across it’s core product lines of business.
Think of these as mini CDO roles for each business unit and both roles sit on the LT of each business unit.
These are brand new roles that have a matrix reporting line into the leader of each business/product line and the central CDO.
They’ve been on this journey for a while and the central capability has done all of the hard/dirty work of building foundations over many years.
We don’t need anyone who wants to build platforms, frameworks, models, dashboards, etc.
These roles are truly about leveraging data to drive business performance, growth and transformation.
Both roles report into the leaders of the business line.
Culture is very tight knit, collaborative and entrepreneurial.
Both roles are UK based.
They’re open to location but given the nature of the role, I feel it’s going to be important that people can be on site on a weekly basis (South/South West of UK)
FS experience would be preferred but not essential.
Just for clarity, if you’re unable to articulate the commercial value delivered in prior roles then this may be too much of a stretch.
